Tip : How to Create Projects

  1. There are two ways to create a new project in the Saible app:
  1. Tap the plus icon on the top navbar
  2. Select the “Create project” button

Step 01

Enter Project details

  1. Pick a Project title that everyone involved will recognise.

  2. Choose the Saible Bank Account and Linked Organisation Bank Account that you want to use for this project, by selecting from the dropdown boxes. If there is only one option available, this will already be auto selected for you.

  3. Select whether Retentions apply, and if so where the money will be held.

Step 02

Enter Project Completion Date(s)

  1. Enter the Practical Completion Date from the main project contract. You only need to set a Final Certification Date if the Project has Retentions. This date should be specified in the main project contract, so just enter that here.

Step 03

Create Project

  1. Check the project details are correct. Once ready, hit “Create project”.

Your new project is now visible. You can go straight ahead and create contracted works by clicking the notification. If you don’t do it now, it’s easy to do later.
