View the Contracted Work that has been assigned to you:
Navigate to the “Works” area in the app. Find the applicable Contracted Works item that you would like to sub-contract out and select the tile to view all details.
Note: If you have not yet been assigned a Contracted Works, you will be unable to sub-contract this out. Please speak to your Project owner to request the initial contracted works set up first.
Initiate Subcontracted Works set up
When viewing the applicable Contracted Works details that are already assigned to you, scroll to the bottom of the page to the “Create Subcontracted Works” button.
Click the button to start the Subcontracted Works set up.
Note: This button will only be visible if you are the current Contracted Works owner or have been assigned the Contracted Works Manage Delegate permission.
Assign the supplier for the Subcontracted Works:
Select the relevant subcontractor from the list.
If a subcontractor is not on the list, you can click the “invite” option to fill out a form to invite a new organisation to Saible. Once the form has been completed, the Saible support team will progress the new invite and update you once completed.
Add Subcontracted Works details:
Give your subcontracted Works a name that everyone involved will understand.
Add a brief description of the works being carried out. You might want to include a reference to the relevant contract here.
Note: The “Create contracted works” button at the bottom of the popup box will remain disabled until you have completed all the required fields.
Select Subcontracted Works Owner:
Select the person at your Subconctractor’s organisation who will verify the payment breakdown figures. If there is only one person linked to your Subconctractor’s organisation in Saible, this will already be pre-populated by default.
If the person required isn’t on the list, then they have not yet been added to the project, or they don’t have a Saible profile. In either case, you can invite them using the “Invite Payee” section of the app.
