1. If signed in to the app/web browser you can conduct a password reset via the settings cog in the top right hand corner of the screen.

1. When you click on “password” you will see a new screen with a button saying “change password”.

1. Once you click on this button you will be required to complete biometrics before being presented with a unique URL. Once you click on this URL you can reset your password.
